1. You will complete our in-depth travel questionnaire, so we can learn more about the kind of experience you’re yearning for. Then, we’ll set up a time for your complimentary planning session to get to know one another and preview our process with you. We’ll talk preliminary travel ideas, budget, and related planning fees—and we’ll leave plenty of time for you to get all your questions answered as well.
2. Next, your Hills of Africa advisor will design your trip proposal around your specific needs, interests, and “must-do’s.” We’ll collaborate with you to finesse and finalize this itinerary, working with our trusted travel partners to develop an exceptional journey from beginning to end. We’ll book every travel component for you and keep you up to date on all deposit deadlines, vaccination requirements, and more.
3. We will be with you every step of the way. The moment you land in Africa, you’ll be greeted by your Hills of Africa guide. And that’s just the beginning—you can expect friendly guidance every step of your journey, as you’re escorted from camp to camp. Need further assistance?
