Day 1 – 3 – Singita Explore Mobile Tented Camp

Your days at Singita Explore Mobile Tented Camp are spent overlooking the vast Serengeti plains, delighting in exceptional cuisine, relaxing in the lap of luxury with customized service, and embarking on walking safaris and horseback riding journeys.

You awake in the mornings to enjoy a biscuit and coffee before saddling up and heading out into the remote Serengeti to ride next to a herd of Zebra or through some foraging giraffes. Upon arrival back to the camp, you enjoy a customized omelet and potato wedges before retreating to your tent to relax and chat about your recent adventures.

Soon, your guide takes you into the bush where a table has been set up with plates, napkins, and silverware and servers await. You enjoy a delectable lunch of gourmet wraps, grilled vegetables, pasta salad, fresh fruit, and juices, wines, and beer before heading back to the camp to prepare for your afternoon ride or game drive.

As the sun begins to set, your guide stops to set up some evening snacks and beverages to break from game viewing. You chat about the days adventures before heading back to camp to freshen up and delight in a fabulous dinner beneath the stars!

Day 4 – 7 – Singita Sasakwa Lodge

After an absolutely amazing time at Singita Explore Mobile Tented Camp, you head to Singita Sasakwa Lodge, also in the Serengeti, for a different type of safari experience. Here, you enjoy horseback riding safaris, walking safaris, and game drives through a different area of the Serengeti, enjoying a completely new perspective on this wildlife haven.

After your first riding adventure at Singita Sasakwa Lodge, you enjoy a beautiful breakfast outside and watch as giraffe mosey by in the backdrop. You then enjoy a spa treatment on your private deck to revitalize your muscles after some exhilarating riding adventures.

You then relax by your private pool where you enjoy a delectable lunch, served by Singita’s attentive staff members before heading out for an afternoon game drive.

Horseback Riding Details: For all of the Singita horseback safari tours, you will ride with an experienced guide and enjoy an intimate, personalized safari experience. All of Singita’s rides are completely tailored to guests’ needs and skill level.

The Singita Equestrian Centre houses 18 horses and each have been selected based on their temperament and pace. Equestrian gear, including hard hats, riding boots, chaps, etc., can be provided by the Equestrian Centre at no additional cost to you. Travelers wishing to take part in Singita riding safaris should be intermediate to experienced riders and be able to ride up to 5 hours per day.
