If you love African culture and style, then you will absolutely fall in love with Casa di Culture, a “brand for the modern nomad.” We absolutely love everything that Casa di Culture represents, which, in a nutshell, can be seen in this quote on their blog:
“Casa di Culture represents a segment of society that considers the world a meeting place, music a language, and culture a religion.”
This brand represents everything that we hold near and dear to our hearts at Hills of Africa. A collaboration of cultures where each culture represents a new outlook on the world.
Nadira Shakur, the brilliant owner of Casa di Culture, started her company a few years ago along with her two sisters. They are American but after spending some time abroad, they wanted to create a company that spoke to other global-minded individuals. Individuals who wanted to express a more unique style. Thus, Casa di Culture was born.
Nadira and her sisters initially launched organic cotton t-shirts and then increased their line to include handcrafted earrings, bracelets, scarves, and bowties—most of which have a hint of African flare to them!
