If you don’t already know who “The Bucket List Family” is, let me take a quick moment to introduce you. The Gee Family of 5, known as “The Bucket List Family” has traveled the world with their 3 kids since 2015, visiting over 93 countries so far. They have documented their story and travels on YouTube and Instagram since their beginning. With over 1.4 million subscribers on YouTube and over 2.6 million followers on Instagram, they have inspired so many people with their experiences and brought awareness to so many destinations. It’s no wonder so many people have fallen in love with this family.

They just recently returned home from their 3-month stay in Africa, documenting their adventures along the way. They met meerkats in Botswana, surfed on Skeleton Bay Coast, scuba dived and saw the baby sea turtles in Zanzibar, explored the Serengeti, and experienced a final stop in Madagascar. Watching their children’s reactions to seeing the animals in the wild will make you wish you were right next to them.

Madagascar truly is a bucket list destination, rightfully known as the ‘Galapagos of the Indian Ocean’, where the people, the culture, and the wildlife are so incredibly unique. It’s a destination like no other, blending luxury and unique adventures, fauna and flora only found here, and one-of-a-kind wildlife. Imagine a destination where you can visit the beach one day and a rainforest the next day, be able to surf and whale watch, and let a chameleon climb on your head!

“The Bucket List Family” often take their family on unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experiences, which is why we were excited to see that not only did they travel to Africa, they included Madagascar on their list. AND we want even more people to be able to experience this unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience.

This summer you have a chance to not only visit but to experience Madagascar alongside Hills of Africa experts.
